Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, prorated through Shopify billing. No phone calls, no contracts.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
We'll email you when you cross 80%. Files keep working; new uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade. No surprise overage charges.
Are there transaction fees on top of the plan?
No. ABC charges a flat monthly fee. Shopify charges its own checkout fee per their pricing — that's between you and Shopify.
Do annual plans get a discount?
Yes — choose Yearly at the top of this page to save 20% on Essential, Professional, and Plus. Billed once a year through Shopify. You can switch between monthly and yearly anytime; we'll prorate the difference.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin and billing stops at the end of the current cycle. Files remain available to existing customers for 30 days during a grace period.
